• Select your Specialty: Choose your background (IM, Surgery, EM, etc.) to alter your starting stats and modifiers.
• Review the Chart: Read the H&P, check the live ECG and vital monitors, and select your treatment plan.
• No Hints. No Take-Backs: You won't know if you made the right call until the outcome. Every choice yields a clinical pearl to help you learn.
